LVMH 6 Client Advisor apprenticeship in Paris (English-taught Institut ME program): 3 days in-store, 2 days training at EIML Paris; entry-level role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised welcome and advisory service to an international and discerning clientele.
- Drive store performance through proactive selling, clienteling and cross-selling techniques.
- Present and contextualise Maison universes and products to enhance perceived value and create emotional engagement.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute to an elevated in-store experience by adhering to brand standards and participating in Maison events and Master Classes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+2 (e.g., BTS MUC, BTS NRC, DUT TC) or holder of a Bac+305 diploma in humanities, languages, arts, history of art or related fields.
- Fluent in French and English (both mandatory); proficiency in a third language is an asset (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese).
- Strong interpersonal skills, refined communication and a demonstrable interest in luxury goods and client service.
- Available to work on-site in Paris or the Paris region and to follow the apprenticeship schedule (3 days in store / 2 days in training).
