Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Circularity and Climate managers in designing, structuring and deploying circularity and climate projects across the Group and its Maisons.
  • Analyse Group and Maison needs to identify high‑value circularity opportunities and to define market positioning and business plans.
  • Model processes and technical solutions for revalorisation of unused materials and for circular service offerings.
  • Act as a catalyst to enable closed‑loop reuse of upcycled materials within Maison value chains, liaising with internal teams, start‑ups and external partners.
  • Plan, monitor and report on project actions and drive coordination between multiple stakeholders.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse project data — rigorous Excel-based analysis is essential.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school or engineering programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and demonstrated capacity to learn quickly.
  • Marked sensitivity to sustainability and appetite for systems change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, critical thinking and creativity.
  • Fluent English required; professional French proficiency advantageous.
  • Proven proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
