Veuve Clicquot hiring seasonal Cellar Agents in Reims for 2026 harvest. BTS Viticulture-Oenology required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage grape musts during harvest
  • Execute pre-fermentation treatments and liqueur elaboration with ferment monitoring
  • Conduct pre-fermentation operations including inoculation and chaptalization
  • Participate in pre-blending and blending assemblage
  • Perform and record fermentation controls and monitoring
  • Execute rackings post-alcoholic and malolactic fermentation
  • Receive and dispatch clear wines between internal and external cellaring facilities; manage reserve wine elevation
  • Execute pumping and cleaning operations throughout the winemaking process
  • Perform chemical equipment cleaning and associated rinsing in compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications

  • BTS in Viticulture-Oenology
  • Professional experience as a cellar technician
  • Strong attention to detail and observation skills
  • Deep sensitivity to hygiene, safety, and environmental protocols
  • Knowledge of Champagne production and the Champagne region

Experience

Entry-level candidates with prior professional cellar experience are preferred. This is a seasonal harvest position.

BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in Viticulture-Oenology or equivalent.
