LVMH Fragrance Brands, Levallois-Perret: Six-month HR internship in campus recruitment and talent acquisition, January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead autonomous recruitment processes for interns and apprentices from publication through candidate offer stage, including manager briefings, sourcing, HR interviews, and candidate management
  • Organize and animate junior talent community initiatives including mid-program check-ins, networking events, coaching workshops, cross-departmental lunches, and cultural outings
  • Represent LVMH Fragrance Brands at target university recruitment forums, conferences, and business case competitions
  • Provide ad hoc support to the HR Development team on strategic projects and departmental requests

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university program with specialization in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative-taking mindset, and demonstrated autonomy
  • Operational proficiency in English
  • First experience in recruitment is a plus

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
