Campus Manager & Talent Acquisition Coordinator alternance (work-study) role with LVMH Fragrance Brands in Levallois-Perret, France. Start January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and apprentices, including job posting publication, manager briefings, candidate sourcing, HR interviews, and offer extensions
- Animate and engage the junior talent community through mid-program check-ins, social events, professional coaching workshops, cross-departmental lunches, and cultural outings
- Represent LVMH Fragrance Brands at campus recruitment events, including job fairs, conferences, business case competitions, and employer presentations
- Provide strategic support to the Human Resources Development team on ad hoc projects and organizational initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in business administration or equivalent university education with specialization in Human Resources
- Prior experience in recruitment (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated initiative, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving
- Exceptional organizational rigor and attention to detail
- Operational proficiency in English
