LVMH Fashion Group seeks a Business Planning & Financial Analysis Intern in Singapore for a 6‑month FP&A internship supporting SEAO markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support month‑end closing activities including preparation of accruals, reconciliations and timely financial reporting for SEAO markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and smaller emerging markets).
- Prepare and consolidate budget inputs; assist with annual budget preparation, revisions and upload of figures into the Group reporting tool.
- Perform monthly variance analysis on revenues, margins and operating costs; highlight deviations versus budget and prior year and assist with root‑cause investigations.
- Produce management reports and ad‑hoc analyses to inform market and maison stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and multiple maisons to gather financial data, ensure data integrity and align reporting assumptions.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline month‑end analyses, forecasting workflows and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme and available for an end‑of‑course or gap‑year internship (6 months).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; experience with macros/VBA is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to perform variance and commercial analyses.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment and liaise with multiple maisons and stakeholders.
- Clear communicator, ethical, collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously when required.

Experience
Entry‑level — suited to final‑year students or candidates on a gap year. Prior internships or coursework in finance, accounting, commercial controlling or retail finance are advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline (final‑year or gap‑year students).
