Business Manager role at Parfums Givenchy, Harrods London. Lead a beauty team, drive sales, and deliver luxury service in this permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set sales targets for team members aligned with company expectations and drive achievement or exceedance of targets
- Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products and provide luxury-standard service to customers
- Lead and coach team members to ensure awareness of and achievement of sales and service objectives
- Implement cross-category selling strategies to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU)
- Educate and train team members on product use, heritage, and benefits of Parfums Givenchy offerings
- Demonstrate products through flash makeovers and confidently explain product benefits to customers
- Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager to maintain optimal inventory
- Proactively grow business through events, appointments, and return customer bookings
- Monitor and ensure achievement of Mystery Shopping targets to maintain service standards
- Identify coaching and development opportunities for team members and provide support through training
- Manage operational and administrative tasks to the highest standard
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines
- Act as an expert resource to other Account Managers and support Area Managers in talent development and succession planning
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies
- Carry out additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury retail management experience, preferably in beauty or fragrance
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices in luxury retail
- Proven ability to train and coach a team effectively

Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the beauty or fragrance sector. Demonstrated success in leading retail teams, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end environment is essential.

Below Bachelor's degree level (secondary education or equivalent vocational qualifications accepted)
