Parfums Givenchy (LVMH) seeks a Business Manager at Harrods, London to lead the beauty counter, drive sales and coach a luxury team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Harrods beauty team to achieve and exceed sales targets across fragrance, make‑up and skincare; set individual and team objectives aligned with company expectations.
- Deliver a luxury standard of client experience through personalised consultations, product demonstrations, flash make‑overs and proactive traffic‑stopping.
- Drive commercial performance by promoting cross‑category selling to increase average transaction value (ATV) and units (ATU), and by developing events, appointments and client rebookings.
- Manage stock and merchandise in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure availability and compliance with corporate merchandising guidelines.
- Oversee operational and administrative tasks for the counter; act as a subject‑matter expert to support Area Managers and contribute to area succession planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail management, preferably within beauty or fragrance.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant retail software (POS/CRM).
- In‑depth product knowledge across make‑up, skincare and fragrance with demonstrated ability to demonstrate and sell products.
- Proven ability to train, coach and develop boutique/counter teams; strong leadership and people management skills.

Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury retail management with demonstrable success in beauty or fragrance counters, including team leadership, sales target delivery and client‑facing coaching.
Education
Below Bachelor's degree level (vocational qualification, A‑levels or equivalent acceptable).
