Parfums Givenchy (LVMH Fragrance Brands) seeks a Business Manager in London (Harrods) to lead a beauty retail team and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Beauty Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets; set individual and team objectives in line with company expectations.
- Drive conversion and basket growth through proactive selling, category linking across fragrance, makeup and skincare, and elevated clienteling.
- Deliver personalised luxury service on the counter, including product demonstrations, flash make-overs and tailored product recommendations.
- Train team members on product history, usage and selling techniques; monitor performance metrics such as sales targets and Mystery Shopping scores.
- Manage stock levels and merchandising in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure optimal availability and presentation.
- Develop the business through events, appointments and return bookings; support local store relationships and adhere to store policies.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks to corporate standards and participate in talent development and succession planning within the area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail management, ideally within beauty, fragrance or cosmetics.
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets and developing retail teams.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant retail software.
- Strong product expertise in make-up, skincare and fragrance and demonstrable make-up application skills.
- Excellent coaching, communication and customer‑service skills; professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, with demonstrable leadership of counter or store teams and strong commercial results in beauty or fragrance.
Education
Secondary education or vocational diploma (below bachelor’s degree level); industry-specific training or professional certifications in beauty/retail advantageous.
