Moët Hennessy seeks a Business Law Intern in Reims, France to support legal affairs and contract management within the LVMH wine and spirits division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft synthesis notes and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research to support contract development and negotiation
- Participate in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Assist the Legal Department secretariat with corporate documentation and administrative matters
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) in Business Law and/or General Private Law, or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, previous internship or professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Thorough knowledge of contract law and the law of obligations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English (written and oral)

Entry-level; typically no prior professional experience required, though prior legal internship or law firm exposure is preferred.
Education
Master's degree (M2) in Business Law, General Private Law, or related discipline; completion of bar examination entrance requirements (PPI stage) is advantageous.
