LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics hiring Business Controller, Travel Retail Beauty APAC in Singapore. Finance leadership role with hybrid flexibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Finance Director and participate in LVMH Beauty budget and landing reviews with all brands, advising regional leadership on financial risks and opportunities
- Provide critical financial analysis and business partnering, translating complex data into strategic insights for the APAC Travel Retail market
- Lead consolidation of LVMH Beauty Travel Retail APAC financial position through forecasting cycles and closing processes, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
- Actively contribute to and lead projects focused on optimizing and revamping financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with stakeholders to consolidate, analyze, and present financial data with insightful recommendations and key alerts to inform decision-making
- Support select brands in their financial management and commercial operations
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes at local and regional levels and propose solutions to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or closely related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in FP&A, management accounting, or similar commercial finance role
- Experience within retail or FMCG sectors, particularly Travel Retail, highly valued
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP is a significant advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with keen eye for detail
- Ability to interpret complex financial information and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Confident and articulate communicator
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within matrixed, multi-country environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in FP&A, management accounting, or similar commercial finance role. Experience within retail or FMCG sectors, particularly in Travel Retail, is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
