LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics — Business Controller, Travel Retail APAC based in Singapore. FP&A role reporting to the Regional Finance Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Finance Director in FP&A activities for Travel Retail across APAC, including budgeting, landing reviews and financial risk reporting.
- Consolidate and validate the Travel Retail APAC financial position through periodic forecasting and closing cycles, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Deliver financial analysis and actionable insights to business partners across brands to inform commercial decisions and identify opportunities or risks.
- Lead and contribute to projects to optimise financial processes and reporting, proposing and implementing improvements across local and regional teams.
- Act as a key business partner to Travel Retail teams and global HQ, preparing presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance; Travel Retail, retail or FMCG experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP considered a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to consolidate financial data, produce forecasts and deliver variance analysis with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable presenting financial insights to senior and cross-functional teams.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years in FP&A, management accounting or a similar commercial finance function, preferably within retail, FMCG or Travel Retail environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a closely related discipline.
