Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Finance & Operations and Regional Senior Financial Controllers in analyzing financial data and operations for Travel Retail.
  • Assist in the monthly analysis of turnover and profitability, including performance indicators across various markets and categories.
  • Contribute to the analysis of sales, expenses, and profitability metrics.
  • Assist in reporting customer depletions to manage stock levels and distribution channels.
  • Participate in forecast modeling phases such as Budget, Last Estimate, and R&O.
  • Aid in the development and modernization of analytical tools.
  • Help prepare internal presentations for the Global Travel Retail Board.
  • Support the Financial Director with ad hoc analysis needs.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Finance.
  • At least one relevant experience in finance, controlling, or reporting, ideally within the Wine & Spirits or luxury industry.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Essbase, Power BI, and Cognos is advantageous. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical and communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Team-oriented spirit.

Experience

Entry-level experience in finance, controlling, or reporting, preferably in the Wine & Spirits or luxury industry.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Finance.
