LVMH Beauty internship: Business Analyst Assistant in Market Intelligence at Neuilly sur Seine. €1,500–1,600/month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Aggregate and analyze sell-out data from panel sources (Generation, Beauteresearch, and operators) to identify market trends and performance indicators
- Support commercial and marketing teams with traveler and consumer profiling through quantitative analysis and data-driven insights
- Deepen understanding of passenger flows by nationality and anticipate short to medium-term evolution patterns
- Analyze fare fluctuations across passenger corridors and evaluate their strategic impact on business performance
- Enhance and optimize databases and Power BI tools to strengthen data infrastructure and accessibility
- Foster a data-driven culture by training internal teams on analytical tools and serving as functional support for dashboard and data interpretation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 program (Grande École or equivalent university degree) in commerce, business, or related discipline
- Prior experience in marketing and/or business analysis, ideally with exposure to cosmetics and/or luxury sectors
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated interest in data interpretation and cross-referencing diverse datasets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Ability to thrive in international and matrix-based environments with strong adaptability

Beginner-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in marketing, business analysis, or cosmetics/luxury sectors is valued but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a Bac+5 degree (Grande École or equivalent university program) in commerce, business administration, or a related discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,500 to EUR 1,600 per month.
