Role & Responsibilities
- Own the local demand forecast for MFK North America and continuously improve forecasting methodologies using historical sales, market trends, retailer inputs, and business intelligence
- Manage model parameters, conduct sell-in/sell-out analysis, and drive continuous improvement action plans to meet forecast performance objectives
- Lead demand review sessions and S&OP reporting, driving structured fact-based discussions with local and headquarters teams up to COMEX level
- Manage replenishment and inventory planning to ensure product availability, healthy stock levels, and achievement of service targets
- Monitor supply chain performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with local and central stakeholders
- Support new product launches by translating demand plans into actionable supply strategies and ensuring execution readiness
- Monitor and optimize the Air/Sea (RAMA) ratio to minimize environmental impact and reduce logistics costs
- Lead monthly Stock Reviews, project inventory levels, and report risks and opportunities to Finance to manage P&L impact
- Design, implement, and continuously improve planning processes supporting MFK's integration into the LVMH Beauty planning organization
- Serve as the primary planning partner for the MFK North America organization, building strategic partnerships with Brand leadership, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Management, or related analytical function
- Very strong analytical skills including data analysis, automation of reporting, and data synthesis
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, apply intellectual rigor, and translate analytical insights into clear business recommendations
- Proven capacity to manage priorities autonomously and adapt easily to change
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience leading improvement projects and initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence without authority and engage senior stakeholders through structured reasoning
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and comfortable using Power BI
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and forecasting systems (machine learning type) preferred
- Fluency or working knowledge of French is preferred
