Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy, creation, and deployment of 360° marketing activations.
  • Assist in implementing the Global Travel Retail strategy across four regions: Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Americas.
  • Participate in the development and execution of 360° launch strategies for Hennessy in Global Travel Retail.
  • Assist in creating and implementing innovative consumer experiences in boutiques and pop-ups.
  • Provide support to regional marketing teams for activations, experiences, and merchandising.
  • Collaborate with Maisons and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.
  • Assist in the development of annual strategic marketing plans and regional business plans.
  • Maintain business tools such as visual platforms and asset management platforms.
  • Support analysis and reporting, including consolidation of monthly reports and business reviews.
  • Contribute to monitoring and analyzing sales by brand, channel, and region.
  • Assist in guiding regions for promotional and commercial plans.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on competitors' activities, market trends, and innovations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program.
  • Previous experience in marketing or luxury environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are highly appreciated.

Skills

Solid understanding of retail, consumer journey, and consumer experience. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complexity. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Appreciation for international experience.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, though previous experience in marketing or a luxury environment is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's program.
