Veuve Clicquot — Brand Home Development Apprentice in Reims. Apprenticeship supporting boutique, café and events at the Maison's Brand Home.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Home team in the day-to-day management of public and private hospitality spaces, including the visitor centre, boutique and Café Clicquot.
- Contribute to commercial development projects: participate in strategic planning and operational follow‑through for new offers, retail initiatives and business development.
- Maintain an active on‑site presence during peak periods in the boutique and café, proactively engaging visitors and closing sales.
- Coordinate events from planning to close — manage administrative, logistical and operational tasks associated with Brand Home and On‑Trade activations.
- Monitor commercial performance across all Brand Home channels, analyse KPIs and recommend levers to improve sales and guest experience.
- Conduct competitive and trend intelligence to feed inspiration on Brand Home, hospitality and retail innovations.
- Prepare and follow up on team meetings and client appointments, ensuring clear tracking of actions and decisions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised business school (Bachelor or Master programme) and seeking an alternance/apprenticeship placement.
- Rigorous, proactive and commercially minded with a strong client orientation.
- Excellent team spirit, a creative eye and a pronounced sensitivity to the codes of luxury.
- Professional level of English.
- Available to work full time on site in Reims.

Experience
Entry‑level; suitable for candidates with little or no prior professional experience. Previous retail, hospitality or events exposure is a plus but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school (Bachelor’s or Master’s programme) and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship.
