LVMH hiring Brand Content Manager in Paris, France. Lead content strategy and audiovisual production for the global luxury group. Fixed-term position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and pilot the Group's global content strategy with a digital-first approach, aligned with Communications Department objectives
  • Conceive and execute brand storytelling across all created content, ensuring coherence across internal and external communication supports
  • Oversee full audiovisual production lifecycle from pre-production to post-production, including briefing, casting, location scouting, filming, and editing
  • Coordinate external vendors including agencies, directors, and motion designers; manage associated budgets
  • Curate, select, and amplify content from the Group ecosystem and its Maisons across multiple channels
  • Pilot the Group's TikTok editorial calendar in partnership with Maisons, from ideation through publication
  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics (KPIs, engagement, reach) and formulate optimization recommendations
  • Organize and oversee coverage of major Group events for internal and external platforms, with occasional travel required
  • Serve as liaison between internal departments and Maisons' communication teams to ensure content coherence and optimization

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business, communication, or specialized Master's programme (business school, IEP, or university equivalent)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency, advertiser, or corporate environment, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Comprehensive mastery of audiovisual production chain (video, photography, motion design)
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms and their specific characteristics (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Developed sensitivity and cultural understanding of the luxury sector
  • Creative spirit, strong conceptual intelligence, and ability to develop and communicate brand storytelling
  • Bilingual or fluent proficiency in French and English (both essential)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigour and autonomy
  • Leadership experience and proven ability to manage teams, including junior staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease navigating cross-functional, multicultural environments

Experience

Education

Advanced degree in commerce, business, communications, or specialized Master's programme from a recognized institution (business school, Institut d'études politiques, or university).
