Bulgari Boutique Coordinator in Miami Design District. Full-time luxury retail operations role offering $28–$30/hr with progression opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and develop comprehensive understanding of brand heritage, collections, policies, and inventory management
- Maintain the brand's luxury standards through professional appearance, manner, and demeanor across all client interactions
- Assist the sales team with client entertainment, product presentation, transaction finalization, and post-sale support
- Provide support during inventory ceremonies and actively participate in quarterly inventory checks
- Coordinate and execute in-store activities including Masterclasses, trunk shows, and special jewelry events
- Manage CRM efforts, coordinate client gifting programs, and execute seasonal campaigns and special events
- Handle customer service tasks including repair follow-ups, phone inquiries, and boutique aesthetic maintenance
- Maintain flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and selected holidays, based on business requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail, hospitality, or luxury boutique experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with ability to engage warmly with high-net-worth clientele
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury boutique environments, with demonstrated expertise in supporting sales teams and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or related field is preferred.
