Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinctive, personalised client experience: warm welcome, needs analysis, product presentation and relationship building to foster loyalty.
- Drive sales and meet individual and store targets through proactive selling and client follow‑up.
- Provide impeccable customer service: active listening, tailored recommendations and aftercare.
- Develop and maintain a regular local and international clientele using clienteling tools, storytelling, in‑store activations and appointment preparation.
- Collect and report customer feedback on products and service to the store management.
- Maintain Retail Excellence: adherence to sales procedures (cash/POS), merchandising standards, stock management and overall store presentation.
Qualifications
- Bac+2 minimum in a commercial or sales field (e.g., BTS MUC, BTS NRC, DUT TC) or equivalent.
- Strong commercial orientation with a genuine interest in beauty and retail.
- Customer‑centric mindset with proven interpersonal and service skills.
- Fluent in French and English; an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Portuguese) is a plus.
- Available for a one‑year alternance contract beginning September 2026.
