LVMH Fragrance Brands Beauty Sales Advisor position in Paris. Luxury fragrance and cosmetics sales role at Sephora Champs-Élysées.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients on fragrance, makeup, and skincare purchases, delivering exceptional service quality
- Develop tailored product recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele for Givenchy Parfums and Kenzo Parfums
- Contribute actively to team sales performance by understanding key metrics and working collaboratively toward sales targets
- Provide weekly reporting to management on sales results, performance indicators, and market share by product category
- Maintain store appearance and standards, including product displays, inventory organization, and merchandise receiving
- Serve as brand ambassador and provide training and support to retail partners and distributor teams
- Engage distributor teams to strengthen brand loyalty and drive sales growth through partner channels
- Identify and propose point-of-sale initiatives based on market observations and competitor analysis
- Communicate customer feedback on products and implement best practices to enhance sales performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) or equivalent in sales, negotiation, aesthetics, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury perfumes and cosmetics
- Demonstrated expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare products
- Significant technical makeup application skills
- Fluent French and English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Spanish, etc.) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations abilities
- Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Service-oriented approach to retail excellence

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury fragrance and cosmetics sector, with demonstrated expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) or equivalent qualification in sales, negotiation, aesthetics, or a related discipline.
