Role & Responsibilities
- Represent and sell Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums at the Sephora Vélizy point of sale, promoting perfume, makeup and skincare ranges to achieve sales targets.
- Provide impeccable customer welcome, personalised consultation and tailored product recommendations to convert and retain clients.
- Deliver high-standard makeup services and product demonstrations; apply advanced makeup techniques to support product trial and sales.
- Support distributor teams through product information, training and engagement to strengthen brand presence and drive distributor-led sales.
- Manage merchandising and store presentation: product placement, stock reception and housekeeping to maintain brand image.
- Monitor and report weekly on sales results, category performance and market share to the Sector Manager; propose sales initiatives and best practices.
- Gather and escalate customer feedback and competitive intelligence; propose action plans to improve in-store execution and commercial performance.
Qualifications
- Bac +2 (associate degree) in sales, negotiation, aesthetics or equivalent qualification.
- Proven expertise in fragrance, makeup and skincare product knowledge.
- Strong makeup application skills and demonstrated technical competence in beauty services.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets.
- Operational command of French and English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Spanish) are a plus.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills, professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively within a sales team.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' retail experience; ideally 2–5 years in luxury perfumes and cosmetics with hands-on makeup experience and proven sales results.
Education
Bac +2 (associate degree) in sales, negotiation, aesthetics or equivalent.
