Givenchy Beauty Consultant, Globus Zurich: Launch luxury beauty counter in Switzerland. 60% part-time. Zurich.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and personalized services for Givenchy fragrances and makeup products
- Serve as a brand ambassador and adhere to the Givenchy Sales Ceremony Program
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and cultivate long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (average transaction value, conversion rate)
- Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand guidelines are applied in accordance with brand campaigns
- Participate in the maintenance of merchandising and inventory
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks including sales reporting and inventory management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail with a focus on beauty
- Demonstrable experience in makeup services and advisory
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluent German and English; additional languages advantageous
