The Beauty Consultant advises customers and sells the brand’s products, providing high-level service and working toward sales targets. The role is part-time at 36 hours per week on a permanent contract, with base salary plus incentives and social benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell the brand’s products and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
- Increase consumer awareness of and loyalty to the brand.
- Identify, understand and reformulate customers’ needs.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, including special promotions and launches.
- Propose and demonstrate tailored product offerings.
- Track points of sale against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Develop personal, lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
- Help maintain merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
- Carry out assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reports and orders.
Qualifications
- Secondary-school diploma or equivalent qualification in Beauty; vocational training and/or a university degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and Lotus Notes.
- English is desirable at B2/C1 level.
- Experience in retail or the service industry, ideally in a luxury, beauty or fashion environment.
