LVMH Beauty Consultant position in Valencia, Spain – permanent retail sales role in luxury cosmetics and fragrance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales process
- Build brand awareness and customer loyalty among consumers
- Identify, understand, and articulate customer needs through consultation
- Monitor competitive activities, special promotions, and new launches
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings
- Track retail performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop lasting personal relationships with customers and retail partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets
- Maintain merchandising and inventory standards in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal availability
- Execute operational and administrative tasks including reporting, ordering, and documentation
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent in beauty or related field
- Vocational qualification or university degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Lotus Notes experience
- English language proficiency (B2/C1 level desirable)
- Minimum three years of experience in retail or service industry
- Ideally prior experience in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
