Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, including special actions and launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
  • Track sales performance according to KPIs.
  • Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
  • Desirable English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
