LVMH Beauty Iberia hiring Beauty Consultant Rotator in Madrid. Part-time retail role across multiple locations with competitive incentives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert product consultation and high-level customer service throughout the sales transaction, positioning brand offerings to drive consumer purchase decisions
- Drive retail sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis across assigned retail locations within Madrid
- Cultivate and strengthen brand awareness and consumer loyalty through personalized engagement and demonstration of product benefits
- Identify, understand, and translate customer needs into tailored product recommendations and personalized solutions
- Monitor competitive activity including promotional campaigns, product launches, and market positioning to maintain strategic advantage
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines and brand standards
- Develop and nurture long-term relational partnerships with both retail partners and end consumers
- Supervise stock levels at assigned locations, report inventory discrepancies to the Retail Area Manager, and ensure optimal product availability
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks including reporting, order management, and other store-related documentation
- Monitor assigned retail locations against established KPI metrics and performance indicators
Qualifications
- Secondary school education or equivalent; professional training or university degree in beauty or related field preferred
- Demonstrated mobility and availability to travel across multiple retail locations throughout Madrid
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Lotus Notes or comparable enterprise communication systems
- Minimum three years of professional experience in retail commerce or service-oriented industries, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
- Professional makeup artistry experience preferred
