LVMH Beauty Iberia Beauty Consultant in Marbella, Spain—luxury retail cosmetics and fragrance sales position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and deliver premium customer service throughout the sales consultation process
- Build and maintain customer loyalty by increasing product knowledge and brand affinity among consumers
- Identify, understand, and articulate customer needs, proposing personalized product offerings and demonstrations
- Monitor competitive activity including special promotions, product launches, and market positioning
- Achieve retail sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain store merchandising and inventory in alignment with corporate standards
- Supervise stock levels and report any discrepancies to the Store Manager to ensure optimal inventory availability
- Execute operational and administrative tasks including reporting, ordering, and point-of-sale management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty-related professional qualification or university degree preferred
- Minimum three years of retail or service industry experience, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with initiative and proactive problem-solving
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; beauty-related professional qualification or university degree preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Marbella, Málaga, Spain, within easy reach of Málaga.
