LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a part-time Beauty Consultant in Madrid, Spain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell the brand’s products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
- Increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
- Identify, understand and reframe customers’ needs.
- Monitor competitors’ special promotions, launches and other activities.
- Recommend and demonstrate personalized product selections.
- Track points of sale against KPIs.
- Build lasting personal relationships with customers and retailers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
- Help maintain merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
- Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reports and orders.
Qualifications
- Secondary-school diploma or equivalent qualification in Beauty; vocational training and/or a university degree is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, and Lotus Notes.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level is desirable.
- Experience in retail or the service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty or fashion.
- Makeup artist experience is desirable.
