LVMH Fragrance Brands Beauty Consultant in Madrid: Part-time retail sales role in luxury cosmetics with 3+ years experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell fragrance and cosmetics products and provide elevated customer service throughout the sales experience
- Build brand knowledge and enhance customer loyalty through product expertise and personalized consultations
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs through consultative selling techniques
- Monitor competitive activities including promotional campaigns and product launches
- Propose and demonstrate customized product offerings aligned with individual customer preferences
- Track retail performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales objectives
- Develop and maintain lasting personal relationships with customers and retail partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets
- Maintain merchandise presentation and inventory management according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies to the Area Manager to ensure optimal availability
- Execute administrative and operational tasks including reporting, ordering, and CRM updates
Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes
- Minimum three years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
- Makeup artist experience strongly valued
- Fluent English at B2 level or higher

Minimum three years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably within a luxury goods, beauty, or fashion environment. Makeup artist background is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
