LVMH Beauty Iberia Beauty Consultant in Madrid, Spain – fragrance and cosmetics retail sales with luxury customer service focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and deliver premium customer service throughout the sales transaction
- Increase brand knowledge and loyalty among consumers
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs through personalized product recommendations
- Monitor competitive actions, including special offers and product launches
- Propose and demonstrate customized product offerings
- Monitor point-of-sale performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Build and maintain lasting personal relationships with customers and retail partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets
- Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management in line with corporate guidelines
- Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal inventory at each location
- Execute operational and administrative tasks including reporting, ordering, and related duties
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification in beauty
- Professional or university-level qualification (preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Lotus Notes experience
- English language skills (B2 level preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of retail or service industry experience, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion
- Makeup artist background (preferred)

Education
