LVMH Fragrance Brands (LVMH Beauty Iberia) seeks a Beauty Consultant in Madrid — permanent, part‑time role selling prestige fragrances and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients and sell the brand’s fragrance and cosmetic products, delivering an elevated end-to-end client experience throughout the sales ceremony.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets and consistently monitor personal performance against KPIs.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through personalised recommendations and post‑sale follow-up.
- Propose and demonstrate tailored product offers and make-up services to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
- Maintain merchandising standards and manage in-store inventory according to corporate guidelines; monitor stock levels and report issues to the Retail Area Manager.
- Track competitive activity (promotions, launches) and adapt selling approach accordingly.
- Carry out assigned operational and administrative tasks (sales reports, stock orders, etc.).
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail or service environments, preferably within luxury, beauty or fashion; make‑up artist experience desirable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
- English language proficiency desirable (approx. B2 level).
- Strong commercial orientation with proven ability to meet sales targets and work autonomously.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or service experience, ideally in the luxury, beauty or fashion sectors. Prior experience as a make-up artist is desirable.
Education
Secondary school diploma in Beauty or equivalent; vocational qualification or university degree preferred.
