LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Beauty Consultant in Madrid. Part‑time role advising clients on fragrance, makeup and skincare to achieve retail targets.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise clients and sell the brand’s fragrance, makeup and skincare products, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience throughout the sales ceremony.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and retail partners to drive loyalty and repeat purchase.
  • Identify, understand and reformulate customer needs to propose personalised product solutions and demonstrations.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor activity including special actions and new launches and report relevant intelligence.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and assist with inventory management in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Track stock levels and escalate replenishment or operational issues to the Retail Area Manager to ensure optimal in‑store availability.
  • Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks (reports, orders, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Vocational qualification or university degree in Beauty; make‑up certification desirable.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury beauty and across fragrance, makeup and treatment categories.
  • Familiarity with retail KPIs (UPT, AvB, Conversion Rate) and ability to translate them into action plans and commercial strategy.
  • Strong customer orientation, autonomy, proactivity, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Experience

Minimum three years of retail or service experience, ideally within the luxury beauty sector covering fragrance, makeup and skincare.

Vocational training and/or university degree in Beauty. Make‑up certification is desirable.
