The Beauty Consultant sells the represented brand’s products, delivers high-level service, builds lasting client relationships and achieves weekly and monthly retail targets at Sephora Triangle in Barcelona. The permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week and includes a base salary plus incentives and social benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell the brand’s products and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
- Increase consumer awareness of and loyalty to the brand.
- Identify, understand, and reformulate clients’ needs.
- Monitor competitor activity, including special promotions and launches.
- Recommend and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
- Track points of sale against KPIs.
- Build personal, lasting relationships with clients and retailers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
- Help maintain merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reports and orders.
Qualifications
- Secondary education or an equivalent qualification in Beauty; vocational training and/or a university degree preferred.
- Official makeup training is desirable.
- Experience in retail or the service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.
- Makeup artist experience is desirable.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level is desirable.

Experience
At least 3 years of experience in retail or the service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.
