Beauty Consultant at LVMH Beauty Iberia in Barcelona. Permanent full-time role selling beauty products with 3+ years retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and deliver high-level customer service throughout the entire sales ceremony
- Increase brand awareness and customer loyalty among consumers
- Identify, understand, and address client needs with personalized product recommendations
- Monitor competitive activity including promotional campaigns and product launches
- Propose and demonstrate customized product offerings tailored to individual clients
- Track retail performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and maintain personal, long-term relationships with customers and retail partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets
- Maintain merchandising and inventory standards in accordance with corporate directives
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal availability
- Execute operational and administrative tasks including reporting, ordering, and documentation
Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Lotus Notes competency
- English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail commerce or service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
