LVMH Beauty Consultant at Sephora Triangle, Barcelona. Permanent role selling prestige beauty products with base salary plus incentives and social benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and deliver high-level customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Increase brand knowledge and loyalty among consumers through expert product consultation
- Identify, understand, and address client needs with personalized product offerings
- Monitor competitive activity including special promotions and new product launches
- Demonstrate and propose customized product solutions to clients
- Monitor point-of-sale performance against KPI objectives
- Develop and maintain lasting personal relationships with customers and retail partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets
- Maintain merchandising displays and inventory in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Supervise stock levels and report discrepancies to the Area Manager to ensure optimal inventory
- Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks including reports and orders
Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent in Beauty studies; professional or university-level qualification preferred
- Official makeup artistry certification desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes
- English language skills at B2/C1 level desirable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion
- Previous makeup artist experience desirable
