LVMH Beauty Consultant at El Corte Inglés Diagonal, Barcelona. Permanent part-time role selling luxury fragrance and cosmetics with sales targets and customer relationship focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and deliver premium customer service throughout the sales experience
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs through personalized product recommendations
- Build and maintain lasting personal relationships with customers and retail partners
- Monitor competitor activity, including promotional campaigns and product launches
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives
- Maintain merchandising standards and inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Supervise stock levels and report inventory issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal availability
- Monitor retail performance against KPIs and provide regular reporting
- Complete all assigned operational and administrative tasks including reports, orders, and documentation
- Increase brand knowledge and cultivate customer loyalty within the target market
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty studies; vocational training or university degree preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in retail or service industries, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
- Microsoft Office proficiency including PowerPoint and Excel
- Lotus Notes familiarity
- English language skills at B2 level desirable
- Customer-centric orientation with strong results focus
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in retail or service industry environments, with preference for prior roles within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty studies; vocational training or university degree highly preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
