LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Beauty Consultant in Barcelona (part-time, permanent) — on-site role with 36 hrs/week, base salary plus incentives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and sell the brand's products throughout the full client service ceremony, delivering high-standard customer service.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets and contribute to store commercial objectives.
- Identify, understand and reformulate customer needs to recommend personalised product offerings and demonstrations.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships and loyalty, including relationship building with retail partners.
- Monitor competitor activity (promotions, launches) and report relevant market intelligence.
- Maintain merchandising and inventory according to corporate visual and operational guidelines.
- Track store performance against KPIs and report sales, stock and activity metrics to the Store Manager.
- Execute assigned operational and administrative duties (sales reports, stock orders, etc.) and escalate stock issues to Area Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary diploma in Beauty or equivalent; vocational training or university degree preferred.
- Minimum three years' experience in retail or service industry; experience in luxury, beauty or fashion preferred.
- English proficiency at least B2.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work to KPIs.
- Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Lotus Notes for reporting and administrative tasks.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or service experience, ideally within luxury, beauty or fashion environments, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
Education
Secondary diploma in Beauty or equivalent; vocational qualification or university degree in a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
