Givenchy Beauty Ambassador role in London at HBeauty Lakeside—full-time luxury fragrance and cosmetics sales position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products and deliver luxury-standard customer service across all touchpoints
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators, including Mystery Shopping metrics
- Execute product demonstrations through flash makeovers and educate clients on product benefits and brand heritage
- Initiate customer contact both at counter and through traffic-stopping engagement, welcoming and qualifying customers
- Identify, understand, and reformulate client needs to propose personalized product solutions
- Develop and cultivate personal client relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
- Cross-sell across product categories to optimize average transaction value and transaction units
- Manage merchandise displays in accordance with corporate guidelines and monitor stock levels
- Report inventory issues to Counter Manager and maintain adequate product availability
- Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned and adhere to company procedures and policies
- Build collaborative relationships with store management and local retail teams
- Perform additional duties as directed by the management team
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or premium beauty service
- Proven ability to apply cosmetics and execute professional makeup application
- Strong selling ability with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-confidence and ability to engage customers with ease
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly master Parfums Givenchy product lines
- Immaculate personal grooming and professional presentation
- Ability to embody brand values and serve as a credible brand ambassador
