Givenchy seeks a Part-time Fragrance Ambassador at Flannels Meadowhall, Liverpool — represent the brand, deliver luxury scent experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, narrative-led client experiences that communicate Givenchy’s heritage and product stories to inspire purchase and loyalty
- Proactively approach and engage customers to build genuine connections and long-term client relationships
- Maintain up-to-date product and fragrance knowledge, including new launches and seasonal campaigns
- Uphold store standards through visual merchandising, stock replenishment and tidiness of the selling floor
- Support and execute in-store events and promotional activities to drive footfall and conversion
- Work flexibly across retailer hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
- Consistently pursue and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective clienteling and upselling
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to tell brand-led stories
- Professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury retail standards
- Ability to work flexibly across retail hours, including weekends and evenings
- Comfortable planning and delivering in‑store events and experiential initiatives
- Self-motivated, target-driven attitude with strong attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position; previous retail or beauty/fragrance sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and basic familiarity with luxury retail dynamics.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or beauty retail certifications advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Liverpool, North West, UK.
