Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct personalised client consultations and fragrance fittings to understand preferences and recommend Maison products.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive selling of fragrances and complementary products.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and related cashier duties with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain stock integrity: receive incoming shipments, perform inspection, and manage inventory levels.
- Execute merchandising and visual presentation to uphold Maison standards on the sales floor.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and sustain long-term client relationships through follow-up and clienteling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in a department store cosmetics or fragrance environment.
- Vocational school diploma (senmon gakkō) or higher.
- Strong commercial sensibility with proven client‑facing skills and consultative selling experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge of fragrance products and luxury service standards.
- Ability to work on site in a retail department store environment.

Experience
At least 2 years of direct sales experience in department store cosmetics/fragrance; experience with luxury brands or premium fragrance houses is highly valued.
Education
Vocational school diploma (senmon gakkō) or higher.
