Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised fragrance consultations and client advisory services to deliver memorable in‑store experiences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and product recommendations.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems and perform cashier duties accurately.
- Manage incoming stock inspections, inventory control and replenishment processes.
- Execute visual merchandising, product presentation and display maintenance to brand standards.
- Support daily store operations, including customer follow‑up and upkeep of presentation areas.
Qualifications
- Vocational school diploma (senmon gakkō) or higher, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven retail experience in cosmetics, fragrances or luxury goods — department store selling experience preferred.
- Strong commercial sensibility with a customer‑centric approach and polished presentation.
- Basic numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and stock administration.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience; at least 2 years of department‑store cosmetics or fragrance sales experience is preferred.
Education
Vocational school diploma (senmon gakkō) or higher.
