Givenchy Beauty (LVMH) is hiring Beauty Advisors (Makeup Artist) in London — full-time retail roles delivering luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver differentiated luxury client experiences through bespoke makeup services, consultations and product recommendations.
- Build, maintain and expand a personal clientele portfolio through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Demonstrate expert product and brand knowledge across perfume, makeup and skincare categories to drive sales and client confidence.
- Maintain boutique standards including merchandising, stock replenishment, hygiene and visual presentation in partnership with store teams.
- Participate in brand and product training, promotional events and in-store activations to support store targets and brand positioning.
- For senior/manager roles: coach and mentor junior ambassadors, coordinate shift rostering and liaise with Maison retail leadership to deliver operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand is essential.
- Accomplished makeup artistry background with demonstrable application skills and portfolio of work.
- Proven ability to build and retain a clientele portfolio through clienteling techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage bookings and follow-up communications.
- For managerial appointments: prior supervisory or team-lead experience within luxury retail is preferred.

Relevant experience in luxury beauty retail, specifically within a department store or prestige brand environment, with a strong background in professional makeup application and demonstrated client portfolio development. Managerial candidates should evidence prior team leadership in retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional makeup or beauty qualifications (e.g., accredited cosmetology or makeup artistry certificates) highly desirable.
