Givenchy Beauty Advisor position in Edinburgh at John Lewis, part-time (15 hours). Fragrance and cosmetics role emphasizing customer service and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire customers with Givenchy's heritage and legacy through authentic storytelling and engaging product demonstrations
- Approach and build genuine connections with guests, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and attentiveness
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across current fragrances and cosmetics lines, staying informed of new launches and creative developments
- Execute store standards through stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and aesthetic presentation of the brand environment
- Embody the Givenchy brand identity with meticulous grooming standards and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Work flexibly across retailer operating hours, including weekends and evenings as required
- Foster effective collaborative relationships with in-store teams and department leadership
- Plan and deliver in-store events and promotional activations that drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Drive sales performance by consistently pursuing and exceeding departmental targets
