Beauty Consultant position at LVMH Fragrance Brands in Barcelona; temporary full-time role in luxury cosmetics retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on product selection and deliver premium customer service throughout the sales process
- Drive retail sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Develop and deepen brand awareness and customer loyalty through personalized engagement
- Identify, understand, and address evolving client needs and preferences
- Monitor competitive activities, promotional campaigns, and product launches
- Propose and demonstrate customized product offerings tailored to individual clients
- Track retail point-of-sale performance against KPIs and report findings to the Area Manager
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retail partners
- Maintain merchandising displays and inventory levels according to corporate standards
- Monitor stock levels and escalate shortages or discrepancies to the Area Manager
- Complete operational and administrative tasks including reporting, orders, and documentation
Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent qualification in beauty or cosmetics
- Minimum three years' experience in retail commerce or the services industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes
- English language skills at B2 level or higher (desirable)
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of experience in retail commerce or the services industry, ideally within a luxury, beauty, or fashion environment. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and engage customers at a consultative level.
Education
Secondary education diploma or equivalent in beauty or cosmetics. Vocational qualifications or university degree preferred.

This position is based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
