Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Back‑End department director in implementing and animating governance for the group’s back‑office transformation programs.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders (group, maisons/divisions, SAP, integrators) and help design the associated governance structures.
  • Develop and maintain communication tools and channels between the Group and maisons/divisions to convey solution and architecture recommendations.
  • Coordinate group-to-maison communications and ensure consistent dissemination of program decisions and guidance.
  • Collaborate with Back‑End subject‑matter experts to produce consolidated documentation of group recommendations on application selection, application roles and target processes.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and coordination of a large, heterogeneous international transformation program spanning multiple companies and business lines.
  • Acquire operational knowledge of applications and target processes underpinning industrial operations and supply‑chain in retail and fashion environments.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering school (computer or general engineering with IS focus) in year 2 or 3, or in the final year of a university degree with a computer science option.
  • Strong written and oral English proficiency.
  • Keen interest in modern technologies and contemporary communication methods.
  • Affinity for project coordination, industrial processes and supply‑chain concepts.
  • Attention to detail and ability to embody LVMH values of creativity, innovation and excellence.
