LVMH seeks an Associate Director of Marketing in Mexico City. Lead luxury brand strategy and campaigns across digital and retail channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-create and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and the Maison's long-term vision
  • Translate brand positioning into compelling, cohesive omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, retail, public relations, and experiential channels
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and maintain brand edge
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major product launches, brand moments, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Oversee media planning, performance marketing, and creative production, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and strong return on investment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Retail, Sell In, and Global/Regional teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Manage agency relationships, external partners, and creative talent, ensuring high standards of output and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation across channels to drive maximum impact
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and brand health, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium retail sectors
  • At least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with deep understanding of modern consumer trends and digital ecosystems
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and budget management

Experience
