LVMH seeks an HR assistant for internship or apprenticeship in Paris to support graduate programs, talent engagement, and strategic HR projects across the luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the LVMH SPRING graduate programs, including rotations, Boost initiatives, and dedicated learning modules from recruitment through professional development
- Support the creation of HR and learning & development content and assist in animating communities and committees across graduates, mentors, managers, and HR functions
- Participate in the design and implementation of the 2027 Next Generation roadmap and international events including alumni gatherings, learning expeditions, hybrid training programs, and hackathons
- Manage project follow-up, reporting, KPI tracking, benchmark coordination, and production of strategic PowerPoint presentations and high-impact communication materials
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (Master 2) program
- Bilingual English proficiency (mandatory given the international environment)
- Conversational French language ability (required)
- Successful prior experience within a major corporation, preferably in the luxury sector
- Demonstrated proactivity, initiative, and resourcefulness in execution
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity for active listening to understand stakeholder needs

Experience
Beginner level with at least one successful experience within a major corporation, preferably in the luxury sector; exposure to HR functions, talent management, or international business environments is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (Master 2) program; background in human resources, business administration, international relations, or related field preferred.
