LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Assistant Project Manager for Digital Learning role in Levallois-Perret, France (alternance, September 2026).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to feature development and platform administration of MyBeautyPlay digital learning application in collaboration with external vendors
  • Manage translation workflows and multilingual content deployment across 30+ international markets
  • Develop engaging, pedagogically sound training content for mobile application (gaming elements, newsfeed) and in-person sessions on product innovations, sales techniques, and brand heritage
  • Coordinate video production shoots, brief creative agencies, manage logistics, and oversee post-production processes
  • Serve as primary liaison with Retail Education Managers across international markets for assigned projects
  • Support ad-hoc customer experience initiatives and special projects
  • Animate and build community among training teams across market locations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +4/5 from business school, engineering school, or equivalent university qualification
  • Fluent English (C1 level): written and oral communication, content creation capability required
  • Expert proficiency in PowerPoint with strong aesthetic eye and meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and Capcut preferred
  • Structured and organized approach to project management and coordination
  • Sensitivity to luxury and beauty sector nuances and consumer expectations
