LVMH Fragrance Brands: 6-month Marketing Operations internship with KENZO Parfums in Paris. EUR 1,300–1,400/month, January–July 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct and consolidate weekly and monthly analyses on brand performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and retail dynamics for KENZO Parfums
  • Maintain and update assortment documentation including product catalogs, launch calendars, marketing books, and inventory tracking to support brand management
  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive 360° marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and market relevance for France
  • Develop and provide marketing tools and resources for sales teams to support seminars and client engagement
  • Serve as primary point of contact for marketing requests from operational teams, guaranteeing consistent brand image across offline and digital channels
  • Update and monitor the 2027 Trade Marketing plan and execute trade operations for both group and independent retail accounts
  • Coordinate podium design and in-store activation for key retailers, from supplier briefing through retail deployment
  • Generate performance reports on trade operations and benchmark competitive best practices in activation strategies
  • Prepare retail workshops during seminars, including presentations and logistics coordination
  • Support new product referencing across all retail channels

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent programme at bac+4/5 level
  • Demonstrated significant prior experience in marketing functions
  • Fluency in French and English (written and oral proficiency required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized, conscientious, and highly motivated with strong collaborative mindset
  • Genuine affinity for the luxury sector, particularly perfume and cosmetics

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
